Compounding of challans under Motor Vehicle Act mean settlement between the enforcement agencies/traffic authority and the offender by which challan amount is disposed of through depositing of notified fee by the offender to the competent authority and or at the direction of the concerned Traffic Court the amount is deposited and or admonished by the court.
