Who can seek information under the RTI Act?

Any, Citizen of India can seek information from the public authority without assigning the reason for seeking information, by moving an application in a prescribed format available in the act by paying the prescribed fees. Unless that organization have prescribed a particular format and fee other than one mentioned in the RTI Act
